Request an AI translation quote

Tell us what you need, in which languages, and roughly how much. We quote AI translation and localization, SEO and AI-search localization, scanned-document rebuilds, subtitles and captions, quality review of AI or MT output, AI assistant testing, and glossaries and style guides. We build every quote from your content and name the service level for each content type that has one.

Content type

Choose all that apply

For video, choose the language spoken. For assistant testing, choose the language of your knowledge base

Target languages

Choose all that apply. If you only want scanned files rebuilt, with no translation, leave these unchecked. For captions in the language spoken in your video, choose that language. For assistant testing, choose the languages to test. For Egyptian, Gulf, Levantine, or Maghrebi Arabic, tell us under Anything else

If known. Not sure? We confirm it before production

AI use

Choose “No AI” if all of this content must stay out of AI. If only part of it must, choose “Help me choose” and tell us which part under Anything else

Approximate is fine. For SEO and AI-search localization, choose “Counted in pages, keywords, and markets (SEO)” and tell us roughly how many pages, keywords, and markets under Anything else. For scanned files, choose “Counted in pages (scanned files)” and tell us roughly how many pages under Anything else. For video or audio, choose “Counted in minutes (video and audio)” and tell us roughly how many minutes under Anything else. For assistant testing, choose “Not counted in words (assistant testing)”

Free keyword sample (optional)

For SEO and AI-search localization. Add one page of your organization’s website, or of a website you’re authorized to work on, as a link or a file, and under Target market or locale, tell us the target market, and for Arabic, the country. A native linguist researches up to 10 keywords for that page in one target language or one Arabic variant, and edits a localized title and meta description. One free keyword sample per company

Free 3-page sample (optional)

For scanned or image-only PDFs and photos of pages. Send up to 3 pages with personal data blacked out. We rebuild them as Word and PDF files, and if you choose a target language, we also translate one page in the same layout. One free 3-page sample per company

Free 3-minute subtitle sample (optional)

For video subtitles or captions. Add your video as a file under 100 MB or a link, and under Anything else, tell us which 3 minutes to use. We subtitle up to 3 minutes into one target language, or caption them in the language spoken, and a native linguist edits every subtitle. Send only video you have the right to share, and no video of patients, customers, or children, or with health or other sensitive information about a person. One free subtitle sample per company

Free spot check (optional)

For AI assistant or chatbot testing. We run a small set of test prompts through your assistant in one language or one Arabic dialect, on a few intents we agree with you by email, and send back scored findings. Under Anything else, tell us the language or dialect. Don’t include passwords or private test links: we arrange access to a test version of your assistant by email, after your NDA if you need one. Only for an assistant your organization operates or is authorized to have tested. One free spot check per company

Assistant testing confirmation (required for assistant testing)

Required if you chose AI assistant or chatbot testing or the free spot check

Files or links (optional)

Up to 10 files, 100 MB in total. Accepted formats: DOCX, XLSX, PPTX, PDF, TXT, CSV, XML, JSON, XLIFF, HTML, PO, IDML, and ZIP; page images in JPG, PNG, TIFF, or HEIC; video and audio in MP4, MOV, MP3, WAV, or M4A; and subtitle files in SRT or VTT. For longer videos and other formats, send a link and we’ll confirm. Not for test-environment links: we arrange access by email

Deadlines, platforms, or anything we should know

When we use AI on your content, we use only business AI services whose terms bar training on it.

Please don’t include personal data your request doesn’t need. For video, tell us before you send it if it includes customers, patients, staff, or children.

Need an NDA first? Send it to [email protected], and we’ll sign it before you share files. We sign your data processing agreement (DPA), as we sign your NDA. If a clause doesn’t match how we work, we agree on the change with you before work starts.

How we build a quote

We build each quote from your content. These factors shape it:

  • Volume and repetition. We analyze your content against your translation memory (TM) and break it down into new words, fuzzy matches, exact matches, and repetitions. The quote shows that breakdown. Repeated and previously translated text needs less work than new text.
  • Content type and risk. A support macro and a product safety notice need different depth.
  • Service level. AI + Check, AI + Edit, or AI + Edit + Review, chosen for each content type. Regulated and high-risk content runs at AI + Edit + Review or without AI, and the quote names the subject area it needs.
  • Your glossary and TM. If you have no glossary or style guide yet, we create them with you before production starts, and the quote lists that work.
  • Languages. Which languages you need, and in which directions.
  • Timing. Delivery windows and release cadence. Same-day delivery is possible for suitable volumes. We confirm timing in the quote.
  • Search localization. SEO and AI-search localization is quoted per page and per keyword set, by the number of pages and markets, the Arabic variants, whether the AI answer snapshot is included, and the service level.
  • Scanned files. A scanned file has no word count until it is read. The rebuild is quoted per page, by page type and how readable each page is, and translation per word of the checked text.
  • Video and audio. Video has no word count until it is transcribed, so subtitles and captions are quoted per minute, by what each minute needs: transcription, the language or dialect spoken, the target languages, the type of captions, the speech, the audio quality, and the service level.
  • AI assistant testing. Testing has no word count, so a quote for assistant testing is built on the languages and dialects, the intents to test, how many prompts and retest rounds you need, and the service level.
  • File engineering. Your formats (such as DOCX, XLSX, CSV, XML, JSON, XLIFF, HTML, or PO), tags, placeholders, and length limits. We work from your exports or inside your translation management system (TMS), including Phrase, XTM, Smartling, Crowdin, and Lokalise.

Each quote states the service level for each content type, the basis for the volume, what you receive with each delivery, and an acceptance level, if you want one.

What happens next

We’ll reply by email to confirm next steps. We may ask for sample files, your glossary, or access to your TMS.

If you haven’t worked with us yet, you can start with a free check or a sample. Your quote confirms whether the work is a one-off project or part of an ongoing program. The usual path:

  1. Free check, if you already use AI or machine translation (MT). Findings on up to 300 source words of AI or MT output you already have. One free check per company.
  2. Sample on your file. If the fit is right, we work on a defined part of your own content at the service level we propose, with that level’s deliverables.
  3. Pilot. Real work in your files or your TMS, under real working conditions, with the deliverables of your service level.
  4. Monthly contract, for an ongoing program. The service level for each content type, a volume band, delivery windows for each content type, and the same team on your account. A monthly summary reports on quality and on deliveries against those windows.

A sample tests a defined part of your content. A pilot tests delivery under real working conditions. Before either starts, we agree on the scope, deliverables, timing, and any charge.
